Does Hutch offer discounts or coupons?

Yes! We offer various promotions throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram as well as signing up for our Email list so you never miss a sale!

Why isn't everything in your lookbook available through the shop?

We love, love, love everything that we show in the full collection, but right now hutch-design.com is focusing primarily on our best sellers. If you see something in the collection that you absolutely must have - email us at shop@hutch-design.com, and we'll do our best to locate a retailer that is stocking that item.

Do you gift wrap?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping service.

Why are preorder products charged at the time of purchase?

Our preorder products are special! They are made in limited quantities and/or are made to order. In order to reserve the item just for you, we charge your card at the time of purchase. Your item will ship in the time frame indicated on the individual product page, and your receipt will include a reminder of this ship date. Our regular return policy applies to preorder styles.

Do you offer price adjustments?

During our Black Friday holiday sale no price adjustments will be offered.

If a style that you have purchased at full price is marked down within 15 days of your purchase date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment. To request a price adjustment, you must contact our customer service department within 14 days of the original purchase date. Customer service can be reached via email at shop@hutch-design.com or by phone at 212-967-8160 M-F, 10am-6pm EST. Price adjustments will be issued to the card used for the original payment and will be credited the difference between the original price paid and the new marked down price. Price adjustments are limited to one adjustment per item, and are not given for items that were originally purchased on sale. 

What size should I order?

Hutch clothing is available in sizes 0 - 14 or XS-L, depending on the style. If you are interested in an item but your size is sold out online, please contact our Customer Service and we will try to locate your size for you. To determine your size please refer to the size chart below.
